Rating Information Database
The 2008/09 rating factors are contained in the Rating Information Database (RID). This allows for the calculation of the rates liability for each rating unit.
The RID contains any valuation changes since 01 September 2007. If your property has had major development or subdivision, which requires a revaluation, that information will also be recorded in the RID.
