Stuart Hylton
Stuart is the Secretary of the Wanganui District Licensing Agency.
He is responsible for the day to day performance of the 'Liquor Team'.
Stuart reviews and approves all unopposed applications.
He also acts as Chairman of the Local Liquor Liaison Group and as advisor to elected Councillors, sitting as members of a DLA Hearing.

Doug Bonner
Doug is a District Licensing Agency Inspector.
He conducts manager's certificate interviews and prepares recommendations/reports for all applications.
Doug undertakes monitoring of all licensed premises to ensure compliance.
As an Inspector he has the right to lay charges in the District Court for offences against the Act and to apply to the Liquor Licensing Authority for the variation, suspension or cancellation of licenses and manager's certificates.

Mandy Gedye
Mandy has the very important role of Liquor Licensing Officer, responsible for all administration functions relating to liquor matters.
She co-ordinates the reports, sends correspondence to applicants and others as required, and chases everyone up to ensure all applications are processed in the shortest possible time.
Mandy is also the committee secretary for the Local Liquor Liaison Group as well as our editor of the newsletter - 'Local Liquor Wanganui'.
