Council resolutions: Stewart Murray Wilson trespass notices - 23/10/2012Wanganui District Council has decided not to serve trespass notices on Stewart Murray Wilson at this time.
The trespass notices would have applied to a number of Council-owned parks, reserves and recreational facilities.
At its meeting today (23 October 2012), the Wanganui District Council resolved:
That the Council considers the additional information around trespassing Stewart Murray Wilson from parks, reserves and recreational spaces.
That all trespass notices in regard to Stewart Murray Wilson are withheld until such time as deemed necessary by further resolution of Council. |
